During lockdown, I was honored to be asked by Wishing Well Music for Health to record a series of songs for parents and caregivers to share with their newborn babies. I am a singing-songwriting, guitar and ukulele playing, music-loving person. I facilitate music workshops and deliver music for health and well-being sessions in the community and in healthcare settings throughout Sussex in the U.K.
I am passionate about and committed to providing music-making opportunities for all ages and abilities for health, wellbeing and connection.

Singing Mamas Monday mornings in term-time 9.30-10.30am at The Ropetackle Arts Centre.
For all women with babies and young children welcome to the circle too!
Women's Singing Circle Monday evenings in term-time 7.30-8.30pm at The Shoreham Centre.

All songs will be taught by ear and absolutely no singing experience is needed. A very friendly and fun space to explore your voice and bathe in the beauty of group singing! Bookings essential and your first session is FREE!
